The best months of the Year in Dartmouth....

The Hart family had the most gorgeous afternoon with a lovely afternoon tea at The Guard House Cafe  Berry Head, Brixham. We then ambled though the picturesque country side to the village of Stoke Gabrielle where we happened upon a gorgeous mobile fish and chip van. We sat beside the river & had a fish'n'chip picnic. Simon needed to take a few pics for a commission he is working on so we took Cookie the Springer for a paddle & peeked at the crabs in everyone elses buckets for a change! Picked apples from the public orchard & had 1/2 a Bettys ale in the little pub by the amazingly beautiful play area. Home exhausted but very contented. We are very lucky to live in this gorgeous place....
